Privacy policy

Last updated 4 November 2026

Jinjah is an app that hosts parties: an AI MC, DJ and hypeman. It's owned and run by Neo-2 Consulting Limited of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada ("we", "us"), which is responsible for your personal information. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, email [email protected].

What we collect

How we use it

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who processes it

We use these providers to run Jinjah. They process data on our behalf to provide their part of the service:

Guests

A guest's RSVP, song request, message and name recording are shared with the party's host. A message is only read out at the party if the host approves it. Guests can change their answer from the same link.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and parties while your account is open. Guest RSVPs and name recordings are kept with the party they belong to. You can ask us to delete your account or a party at any time, and we'll delete it, along with its guests' RSVPs and recordings, within 30 days, unless we must keep something by law.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as Canada's PIPEDA, the GDPR or US state privacy laws, including the right to complain to a regulator, such as the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Some of our providers are outside Canada, mainly in the United States, so your information may be processed there and be subject to the laws of those countries.

Children

Jinjah is for hosts aged 18 and over. Guests under 13 shouldn't use the RSVP page without a parent or guardian.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and tell hosts in the app.
