Terms of use

Last updated 4 November 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Neo-2 Consulting Limited of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada ("we", "us"), which owns and runs Jinjah, the app and the website at jinjah.com. By using Jinjah you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].

Your account

You need to be 18 or over to host. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what happens in your account.

Hosting a party

Music

Music made by Jinjah for your party is for playing at your party. Apple Music hits play from your own Apple Music subscription under Apple's terms. Playing music at a public or commercial event may need a licence where you are, and arranging that is the host's responsibility.

Guests and invites

Only send invites to people you know. Don't use Jinjah to send spam or to collect information about people without their knowledge.

Things you can't do

Paid features

Some features may cost money in the future. Prices will be shown before you pay. Purchases in the iPhone app are handled by Apple under its terms.

Changes and ending

We may change or stop features, and we may update these terms; we'll tell you about important changes. You can stop using Jinjah and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

Jinjah is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for what happens at a party, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Saskatchewan have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your own.
